Mother of Gooses recipe for Ermine Frosting

                    The stream on a sunny day                                                                 Ermine frosting Are you sick and tired of paying a ridiculous amount per pound for butter? Or do you want a change from the regular buttercreams? Then I have reason to believe that you will be intrigued at least, in love at most with my mother’s Ermine frosting recipe.  It requires some stove time, very little butter and it tastes good.  Just follow my instructions carefully. Trust me, you don't want flour lumps.* *I will mention this again later*                                                                     The recipe 2 cups of milk. ½ of a cup of sugar. 4 tbsp flour. 6 tbsp coconut oil. (Butter if necessary.) 2 tsp salt. Put the milk in a pot and add the sugar. It should be on medium heat. Bring milk to a simmer.   Now turn it down to low and sift in the flour while whisking.
