Hello, and welcome to the Mother of Gooses blog, where I have a recipe.

Yay!

I recently started making up recipes, and one of the recipes I've made up was Cheesey Muffins; they are actually quite tasty, (though they don't taste good when stale) and they are healthy, which is important if you don't want sugar rush.

I don't have much else to add, except to be careful to follow instructions, because if you don't, you will ruin the muffins.

Enjoy!

1 cup of milk

1/4 cup of oil

1/4 cup of sugar

1/4 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of water

2 eggs

2 cups of flour

3 teaspoons of salt

2 teaspoons of baking soda

1 3/4 cups of cheese (your choice of cheese)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and grease a 12 hole muffin tin.

Mix the oil, milk, eggs, sugar and water together in a large bowl; then, in a smaller bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking soda together.

Now add the dry ingredients into the wet. Mix until there is almost no flour streaks.

Add your cheese and fold it in, mixing up the rest of the flour as you go.

Now ladle the batter into your muffin tin; try to make the amount you put in each hole even, or the muffins will bake unevenly.

Put your muffins in the 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes, to give the muffins a nice dome. After the 15 minutes, reduce the oven to 350 and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of on comes out clean.

I hope you enjoyed today's post. Go back to my past posts if you want to read more, or wait until Wednesday, Sunday, next Monday or a Random Chatty Day, a day when I talk about nothing in particular!

Goodbye, and God bless.
