Introduction Hello, and welcome to the Mother of Gooses blog, where I write the lyrics to hymns, and the occasional recipe. Today, the hymn we are looking at is called This Is My Father's World; it was written in 1901 by a Mr. Maltbie Davenport Babcock. It was originally a poem with sixteen verses, but when it was set to music, only three verses were chosen.
